Are you going to run alcohol or e-85?
If it is a stock alcohol dominator and you are going to run alcohol go on Holley website and the out of box jetting will be there. It is a little tricky to find but it is there. All you need is the model number. I have always found this is a very good place to start.

If you want to run E85, I would change the boosters also. The main wells and metering block passages will be too big for E85, but it could be tweaked to run OK. The idle circuit and emulsion circuit could be wrong also.
