engine being torn down now.360 fairly stock.x-heads,check it all out and decide how far to go with it.it was a stick car but changed to a 904.fuel cell,glass bumpers and hood.stay tuned.not gone be a racer just cruiser.david

I'm not a big fan of the cowl hoods, HOWEVER, the flat black stripes add a very nice touch.

I wasn't real fond of the 'Chevy' hoods either,,,but they grow on ya'. They also take alot of trouble/worry out of carb/air cleaner clearance issues. Mine clears a 16" K&N on a Dominator with Indy heads/intake.

It's only a chevy hood if it's on a chevy.....looks like a mopar hood to me....very nice looking ride....

Hey I like cowl hoods but I'm not a "Mopar or no car" kind of enthusiest. I mentioned it because it usually gets mentioned...

THANKS FOR ALL THE REPLYS .AND TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS;YES I WISH IT WAS STILL A STICK AND YES DEAN SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET ME DRIVE HIS CAR AT PIEDMONT LAST YEAR.BEEN SCREWED UP SINCE.FOUND CAR IN N.C. BODY WAS MOSTLY DONE. I ADDED WHEELS,TIRES,GRILL,CHROME,ETC.THANKS AGAIN,DAVID.
