Putting it in (straight up) would look like this..

IVO 31 BTDC
IVC 63 ABDC
EVO 66 BBDC
EVC 34 ATDC

Whats the numbers at .200 look like?
Whats this going in and whats the weight?
Give some more info, so some of the smarter guys on the board can comment....my self..I dont know if the tight lobe centers is idea, whats the purpose of the engine, street or track?

I have no idea what you're trying to do with that engine but it is a big honking cam for a 416. The cam I had in my 505 motor that made 800+ hp was only 266/272 in duration at 0.050. So you're bigger than that with a much smaller motor.

drag only motor car weights 2961 w/driver t-brake 4.88 gear 32x14x15 M/T thats the only specs I have I launch at 48-5000 shift at 6500 the cam that is in the motor is way small need something bigger. The cam thats in the motor is ok in the 1/8 but stops pulling about 1000' in the 1/4 and I know I am leaving a lot on the table.

If you're shifting a 416 motor at 6500 rpm then I don't think you need a cam that is more than 270 at 050. Just seems way too big to me. Those heads should be good enough that you don't need to crutch it with a huge cam.

just saw that Ryan recomened .276/289 @ 50 with a .710-.720 lift with a 108 for a smaller motor with W-5s I know those are better heads but still less CI

Are you sure it's the cam that's killing the top end? An indybrock on a 416" motor isn't really gonna be an RPM screaming combo....

Just be careful over camming the small port. In the end you may loose more down low, then you gain up top...

Yes.

The 1st cam you mentioned would definitely be on big side for your compression/heads/converter. I just replied to your PM from other day. Sorry been swamped W/ work & taking while to get PM's emails/calls done lately.

That Crower you PM'd me about would not be bad, it's still hair small but, step in right direction.
