I have run Hooker Super Competition 5204 1 3/4" primary with the Moroso pan.

Discontinued 5203 (1 7/8") going back on.

Heddman has several in their "Husler" series for SB/A-body (OEM, W-2)

Looks like Hooker is getting out of the SBM line.

There's a rumor TTI might come out with a 1 7/8" header for OEM heads
but, haven't heard or checked lately.

Using Hooker 5322's 2" on an early A body with W5's, some modifications needed.

I have a set of 2" w/3 1/2" collector Hooker W-2s on my 408 W-5. They are a PITA snake pit,but they work with some patient tweeking, with my Milodon pan and flex plateshield. The adapter plate took a fair amount of work. These also require a powermaster clockable starter. Also a bit of work to keep the collector from exiting into the crossmember.I think they are a bit large( 1 7/8" better?) for my combo but the price was right ,they're coated and they work.

i think 1 7/8s would be plenty big for my motor .5204 hookers look interesting .hows the ground clearence . anybody know what tti wants for there 1 7/8s .also whats the benefit of the hustler semi-fenderwells .(ground clearence)
its also kinda suprising but the tti's are about the least $$$ , but also not tuned right.

No you should not have to cut the inner fenderwells, the first 3 tubes on each side are within the frame and the last tube on each side swings out and around the frame rail, they are slip together headers. Sorry I do not have any pictures these are going in a full tube car and had to be cut some to work in it.
