Rollcage Paint?

The time is here and I was just curious what everyone recommends using to paint the cage? Rattle can, spraygun any other choices? Body color cage or a gunmetal color?

rustoleum hammer paint with a sponge roller and or a spunge brush..

seems to be the best way....sans hiring a pro..

works great looks good.i tried the spray can version didnt look as good as the brush on.

I did mine in Rustoleum hammer-tone black, two coats with a sponge brush. No masking or over spray. Easy to touch up.
