whats the part#...Summit is only showing the standard 2".

Mine is a K+N PN 3840.

Is that filter 3" tall? Will it fit with with the stock hood and the 69 ram charger set up on my Coronet

Yup, 3" not sure on the fit. I have a SB with Air-Gap and T/A hood.
