Ok I'm building my owen spray bar valve covers.
Can anyone tell me what size is the bulkhead fitting is it a -4 or -3 and what size are the lines under the covers?

I made mine out of 3/16 brake lines using all inverted flares or 1/8th NPT stuff. The holes were with a 1/16 drill bit or in the .060-.070 range.
Sorry No pics.

Your probably well into making some now but, Indy uses a -3AN tee in each cover and further reduces oil flow by adding a jet/orifice, .040 was in mine. FWIW you'll probably get a better end product making your own. One suggestion I have is to verify the spray location before you rely on it.(Via oil priming.)
