Does anyone have any feedback on them? I have a 700 Double Pump and have givin it some thought of installing a 950 main body.

Is that gonna work proper, will it flow 950 or somewhere in between?

Any help or experiences Or should i just buy the carb rating i need.

just picked up two from QuickFuel- 2 aluminum body 750 HP style, annual boosters in the primary and doglegs in the sec ,vac sec for metering plates. . they have models that you have not seen advertised.

Phillip can fix you up.

Installing a 950 Body on a 700 baseplate will leave you with a "reverse" step that will not be good....The 950 body is 1.750 where it meets the base plate...and your baseplate is 1.720.....If your going to do the 950 body then also pick up a 1 3/4 (1.750) base plate....Then you have a good start to a carburetor if you have enough engine.....why not just go with the 750 body....that will match your 700 baseplate.....whats your engine specs?....Jesse

I just was thinking of that before your post, i came to realize that 850 holleys have bigger baseplate blades. Im doing a 10.5 cr 410" stroker sb, hyd roller, 1 7/8 headers. I have not picked cam specs yet.

I did what you are considering. Except I didn't find out until after I bought the main body that it would require the bigger base plate. So I then ordered the billet base plate and billet metering blocks. Used my float bowls. I have a carb that works awesome. It would probablt be chepaer to just buy the PF 950HP to start with. Jim
