MPR Fiberglass body parts? - 09/27/09 03:24 PM
Has anyone ever heard of MPR fiberglass? They are mentioned in a book I got from Mancini Racing as being a manufacturer of glass fenders anf hood for the 68 SS Darts and Barracuda's. Where are they located and does anyone have contact information?

Hello from Nebraska - I own the original Hood Mold that Chrysler used for the 68 SS Cuda's (Sold first to Herb McCandless/ Jim Hale/ Rick Banning and then to me) - I had an ol' boy layin' hoods for me but he passed away. I'm now in the process of buying more equipment to make a better quality hood and should have some hoods available within the next 60 days - not sure of price yet but they will be a quality, reasonably priced hood when finished.

I have bought 2 different front ends from Mike, a 68Dart hood and front fenders and hood for a 68cuda. Both sets have been perfect and Mike is the best to deal with. I have also bought sets from other manufactures (won't mention any names) and they are for the most part Junk.
