Anybody installed the Milidon gear drive..smallblock?

If so, how did it go and how happy are you with the gear drive?

How much noise is associated with the gear drive?

I used one years ago. It was very quite with only a hint of noise. Liked the ability of holding the timing very stable due to no chain slop. The only thing I didn't like was the way the idler gear was fastened. The bolts eventually came loose but it never fell off or did any damage. Only found it after tear down and inspection. I would still use one today but would pay closer attention to loctiting the fasteners into place.
