So besides buying the lug nuts and oredering the 5/8" stud option from moser, is there anything else that needs to be done. I am using rear drums and weld prostars.

No, when you buy the studs, you will get the lug nuts, and spacers.. that is all you need. You may need to run a drill through the holes in the wheel to get them on the studs.. Just clean them up a bit..

one thing i forgot, you will never be able to put a stock wheel on it unless you drill them.

Will the drums have to be drilled and what are the spacers for?

Yes the drums will need to be drilled. the spacers are for taking up the space between the wheel and the nut. The studs have a shoulder on them.

Or you can go with 11/16" Super Studs and don't have to fool with the spacers.

the spacers are for the lenght of the stud.

The stud is 5/8ths bolt with 11/16ths shoulder measurment.

This picture should clear it up
