Now What?

I just bought the Moroso foam to make a seal between an air cleaner baseplate and the hole beneath my hood scoop. What kind of GLUE do I use to hold it in place and to keep the ends together? Thanks in advance, KK

Gorilla Snot ( 3M weatherstrip adhesive)

I used clear silicone.
