Weiand 5995 Tunnel Ram Specs? - 08/31/09 03:00 AM
Looking at a 5995 to use as a base for an EFI manifold, but I'd like to find some specs to see how it's going to play out under hood before I pull the trigger. Does anybody have any specs for manifold height, either to the lower face of the plenum, or to the carb mounting flange face? Also, I'm assuming that a single-4 top is available? I guess these have been out of production for a while, but there seems to be a few of them out there in the world. Any specs or experience would be greatly appreciated,
Clair

Still working on mine...
Need some dimensions, I can get those tonight maybe. LMK.

Sweet looking setup! What I was thinking for mine is more of a front-mount TB to keep things under the hood like a TPI intake. Just hoping to be able to use as many shelf parts as possible to keep the fabrication to a minimum. If you can get the typical manifold heights at the front and back ends of the manifold, that would be a big help.
Thanks!

Thanks for the specs, Rickster! And thanks for the other options, Dragula! Now I've gotta dig up the numbers from my MP M1 EFI intake and see how it plays with the TR once I start to sort out a plenum for it.
BTW, does the plenum make up the angle of the engine to keep the carbs sitting level, or is it square?
Thanks again, guys!
