This will be a great weekend. Great weather, great racing, and some new 10.0 racing sandbaggers. I know a new one from Canada will be here, with some Alexander Keiths in the fuel cell..

but we wont be bringing the tunnel ram. I have promised to never miss a chrysler classic again and I dont plan on missing this one. I am working myself to death, so I can pay for this.
But it will totally be worth it

Steve, glad to see you will make it out there to race!!! No inline intakes in MW unless it's the Indy intake. Camping is permitted there. No extra $$$ to run points as the points are given if you are an Elite MCG subscriber only and you have to run the MCG decals on the car.

Does the track have showers?, we are bringing a couple of 65's although sadly, mine still sits in 2 million pieces, the good news is that this time last year it was in 3 million pieces so as scary as it sounds, some progress has been made.

Yep, big $$ $2500 for the weekend. With that we get 35 tickets per day for suite and event, 10 vip parking passes. If we want food, $16 per person per day for cold cut sandwich platter, $25 for 12 people for chicken wings. Some others..

Yes, we are bringing the terminal press, tools, boots and terminals needed to make sets on the spot. Please call first if Hemi's are needed. Please have them ready on Friday, as we will only be making them Friday, from 9am to 3 pm, in Larry and Lonnie Smiths pit. Look for the signs. Got 6 orders so far.

Picked up tranny yesterday and will get it together again next week, smoked the last one a few weeks ago. See you guys in the parking lot Thursday morning.

I got the tranny,clutch,and bell dialed in tonight should be ready to rock this weekend.Plan is to drive it to Norwalk

I am so jonesin for racing and want to come to Norwalk, Jr doesn't want us to go because on the 22nd I have to have a spinal fusion.......MY thinking is I must attend this race what if they mess up and can't walk to any others and need to make the last best race of the year!!!
I am thinking he should take me huh!! Sorry to rant but we have not been able to make one solid run all year down the track since may 23 been fighting a few gremlins......... Its heck when you bottom out at the end of a track and it takes months to figure out what is going on, then you have a couple other fluke failures along with it... Promise not to ramble this much if he takes me sorry
Crazy thing is my health was perfect til I quit SMOKING........... then everything went to -e-l.

waiting to get my new wheels for the front , [tire was leaking air i thought i ran something over at woodward dream cruise so i put fix a flat in it and it came out of cracks around the bolt holes that bolt the wheels together !!!
scary for a car that can go 155mph good thing i was'nt at the track!! they are american racing trakstars made by weld wheel now !!! weld wheel guy was not easy to deal with summit is handleing it very well though !!! they have no warranty so i hope to be at norwalk to race !!!

11 more days 'till I leave Texas bound for this race. I have spent way to many days wishing I was there participating.....not this year! I am putting finishing touches on trailer and car and can't wait to run in the cool weather. I already know there will be a new best.
