Cars ready to go!!!! PICS - 08/13/09 11:52 PM

Goin to local track friday an saturday. Usally traction is a problem for me but were just wanting to gets the bugs worked out.

car started an the first hit!!!! It is very smooth ran it up to 5000 or so never ever sounded that clear an clean very very surpreised!!

what did you set your fuel psi at?

fuel pressure is 6 - 6 1/2

Out of the box 95 went up to 99 with Q16. Thats what worked with other carb. Talked to holley an thats what they said also? Guess will see?

this is when the altronics O2 alert comes into play.
remember we talked about it a few years ago.
now its a whole different ballgame with 2 carbs.
if you want to tune those carbs in perfectly, its the only way to go,otherwise your peeing in the wind.

I know im not gunna set the world on fire at this track. Just wanna get a baseline an then go to some good hookin fast tracks!!

What we did when we first went to Q16 only ran half track shut it off an pulled plugs. I will do just the same again. I dont wanna hurt anything.

This track on a good air day is 2500'-3000.'
I know that in the past when we have went to better "air" tracks we have always had to jet up. Never been any place fast with Q16....yet

Shawn, two questions(first is a two part quesation ), are those Holley carbs from Holley and if so what part number? Second question who made the intake? I like the way it looks I like it way better than the cast intake I have

Yes Holley #7320. Intake CFE pics dont do it any justice its a piece of art!
