Will 18" Charger wheels clear Challenger SRT rear disc

On behalf of a buddy who has a new SRT Challenger,does anyone have firsthand experience with using 18" wheels from a Charger for mounting slicks? His car is equipped with 20" SRT wheels and he is exploring a more economical way to justify a pair of slicks into his dragstrip outtings.

What about Ford wheels? Do the newer Ford wheels interchange with the late model Challenger wheels? Are there any offset, clearance or register issues? Seems to be more options if he can go with an 18" wheel/tire.
