WON KING OF THE TRACK @ MASON DIXON DRAGWAY

i don`t have any pics but here is how the day went. i was running street class.first time run it was 3483 DA so i figured it would be slow.make my pass .000 RT 1.634 60ft [Email]12.171@108.62.i[/Email] am happy with that for the way the air is.second time run .019 rt 1.632 60ft [Email]12.169@108.44.first[/Email] rd i dail 12.16.race a 69 camaro dailed 11.88.we leave and im ahead of him the whole track get on the brakes run 12.229 @ 99.88 and my win light comes on.he is .154 rt and i am .008 rt.second rd i leave the dail at 12.16 other guy is dailed 12.95.i am a little late with a .050 rt he is .053 i catch him right before the stripe.i run 12.190 @ 107.82 he is 12.988 my win light comes on.third rd i get a 13.19 s-10 i dail 12.17.she leaves and i see red light.i am .038and run it out it runs 12.178 @ 107.95.fourth rd i get a blazer dailed 17.75 so i dail up one 12.18 because of the handicap. i am .063 he is .050. i am not good at judging slower car so i stay in it run 12.186 @ 107.93 and my win light comes on. fifth rd i get the points leader he is dailed 11.93 i dail 12.18.we leave and he is right at my rear bumper and as we get to the stripe i see his front end dip down and my win light comes on.get my slip he is .048 rt i am .013 he runs 11.901 i run 12.177. he is out .03 i am out .003.sixth rd i leave the 12.16 on the window. he is dailed 12.90. we leave and i am beside him by the 330 mark.stay in it til the end and get on the brakes run 12.209 @ 95.58.i would have run out if i had to stay in it all the way.first rd of run off i get the motorcycle.he is dailed 9.00 i dail 12.13. i leave and we get close to the stripe and pulls up beside me so i stay in it. my win light comes on.i know it was close.he is .015 i am .011 he runs 9.012 i run 12.141..0057 difference in the finish.at this point i am really really pumped but i have one more rd to go.final i get 81 olds cutlass dailed 9.34 i leave the 12.13 on the window.i leave and im thinking i missed the tree a little.get close to the stripe and he pulls up and i see the front end dip down and i think he nipped me at the stripe but my win light comes on.i am going a little nuts now finally won the WALLY.he was .043 runs 9.347 i run 12.144 difference in the finish .0074.i have lost many races where the finish was that close but the other gut got the win it was nice they came my way. came close last year in super pro with my road runner i lost in the semi`s.lost in the final the first year they had the national dragtser challenge. i was running heavy (foot brake class)with the road runner.i have been working alot of over time to pay bills from my wifes knee replacement and decided i needed a day off and go to mmason dixon dragway for a shot at the WALLY.I guess it is a little reward for all the work i have been doing.and i was fun too. Very cool. Good job driving and the tune on your car is right on. Bikes are tough they can see their front tire better than we can.

thanks alot Daryl.thank you for the use of your sprayer fifth round.Garrett brought his up after that round.little car works well took a little tuning but it is there.I was hoping for 11.80`s in the heat like Saturday but it is running too good to mess with and it is a heck of alot of fun to drive and race.i have raced it 8 times and won two races with it.
