when using nitrous do you have to consider the boost factor. what i mean is do you have to drop comp in order use NOS. to give something for an example if i wanted to build a motor that had 10.5 comp. but wanted to use nitrous what comp ratio would i have to drop to in order to stay in the 10.5 area.

We used 13.3-1 on our 3 fogger deal. All depends on how fast you want to go. On your typical 1 plate combo compression isn't much of a factor, IMO, unless you are getting real high(above 14-1).
