Need Sox/Landy/Grotheer Clinic Info - 06/07/09 07:21 PM
I collect memorabila from and related to the clinics held by the factory backed pro-stock teams. The problem is I don't know what all is out there. I recently scored a 1967 Landy Clinic program, and before this I didn't think anything existed prior to 1968. The list of my collection is below. Does anyone know if there are any other progams I should be looking for?
1967: Landy
1968: Sox, Landy
1969: Sox, Landy, Grotheer
1970: Sox, Landy, Grotheer
1971: Sox, Grotheer
It seems like there should be a 1967 Sox & a 1971 Landy, But I've never seen either one. Also, did Arlen Vanke have any clinic memorabilia? How about Jon Petrie?

There was a 4th US clinic. Bill Tanner Dodge out of Lenox Dodge in Atlanta. I have a clinic book from each of the 4. I will check the dates on them tomorrow. Don't want to part with them but I could copy the one(s) you don't have.

This is the 1968 Landy program. It is one of the harder ones to find, only the 1967 is more difficult. I've only seen a few of the 1967 program, one is mine. The 1969 and 1970 Landy programs are easier to find, I see a couple of those a year. Still trying to find out if there was a 1971 Landy program.

I went to a landy clinic might have been in 71. I remember the front tires on his challenger were so weather checked , I wondered how the held air. I probably have literature in the attic. I'll check when it warms up.

I just bought a closed down Plymouth dealership and there was an S&M clinic held there. I am waiting on a picture of it right now, as soon as I get it and figure out the date it was held I will post it here. Attached is a picture of the dealership in 1962 with the new Rockford police cars outside.

Take a picture of it with you phone and send it to your computer then use the File Manager below to post it. If you need more help just ask.

Since I started this post many years ago I too have acquired a Tanner clinic brochure. If you can't figure out how to post a pic, I will.
Unfortunately, that brochure is the only Tanner clinic item I've ever seen.
