Wondering you guys that use juice what you use for factors for ring gaps?

Im putting another motor together (4.375 bore) and looking for some advice on what ring gap factor to use.

Total seal recomends:
Nitrous shot up to 150: Bore x .006
Nitrous shot over 150: Bore x .008

I hope this helps.

On any motor that was going to see some squeeze I would make sure that the ring gap was big enough to suit my wildess dream on how much HP I was going to feed the motor, not some small HP amount at first. I would start with .036 on the top ring and probally around the same or a little biger on the second rings it is way better to have a little to much gap on NOS than it is to have a tiny bit to little

.045 top and .050 second.

Seen plenty of 4.500 bore stuff from Sonny with .055 on the top.
