Anybody noticed this on a Centerline?

I had my Hoosier drag radials on an older pair of Centerline Auto Drags. I happened to pull the center cap out and stamped on the wheel it says "For use with bias ply tires only"


We had radial street tires on it for along time without issue.

Any comments?

uncle ran them on the street with radials ..pulled the rivets out

Just put on there for legal purposes..

I bought convo pro's in '05 that were stamped bias ply only also, I called and asked if it was ok to run radials and they said it would be fine.

Dont worry as I have been driving on the street all week on radial slicks that say "Not for Highway use". Ron
