Hitting the track Tomorrow(1st time out)

Hitting the track Tomorrow(1st time out) - 04/26/09 01:50 AM

Wish me luck, gonna see if my A&A transmission with hardened output and input as well as the standard low gear set do okay for me. Could not go to free test and tune at Pacemakers today, so it looks like I will be at National Trails Raceway for some 1/4 mile racing. This is also the 1st points race at trails for the season so maybe I can get lucky and win some money during my test session. If you are coming out tomorrow look for me and Bigdog as well as 360904(Dennis) and Brian Spring we should all be out there. Hopefully last seasons Race fuel still has enough bump to make the car run.

I'll be there. Already loaded the car and packed the trailer since we have to be there at the crack of dawn. I'm curious how my switch to 3rd shift at work will effect my racing.

Hopefully the car will run ok with the switch from 4.56 to 4.30 gears.

Dont forget your sunblock ...after no sun all winter we spent an hour at the kids soccer games and got burned to a crisp after only an hour or so.

Bigdog said the track was too green for the high HP cars Vern car would not 60' shifter not doing it's job and car skating to badly to stay in it. Think he ran a 5.70??? but was less than stellar.. He did say out reserved parking spots are nice though.

I hope Bigdog gets it sorted out so he doesn't get outrun by a small block.
