Even after the auction was announced he had a group interested in purchasing with a contract signing to take place the first of January. And in his typical fashion he added items to the contract that made unfeasible for the group to purchase the track. I hope no one buys a dang thing that is up for auction. His PR machine made him out to be the victim. Was not the case and the courts agreed.Should have been Tax sale by the State years ago. If it were you and I that owed the back taxes we would have been shutdown.Guess I'll be traveling to Flying H,KID or Ark City.
