Who makes a 69 lift off hood with a taller scoop? - 12/25/23 09:09 PM
Looking for a lift off hood for my 69 GTX that has about a 6 inch tall scoop.
I've seen some at tracks, but when I Google seached, all I found was the standard type.
I ask because I run a Victor with a 1/2 shear plate. When I run the car without the hood it picks up over 1/2 MPH and 5/10s at the eighth mile. I have a shearplate/ 1 inch open spacer combo that was worth 9 HP and 16 ft lbs on a chassis dyno that I want to run down the track.
Any help is appreciated.
