Hey go as fast as you can! Then get slowed down because you are too fast.

And people wonder why I always bracket raced..... laugh2

Yeah I saw this coming as soon as the Factory X car was the first to 200 and then the Cowboy won and set a new record.

So if I am reading that right they are slowing blower down but letting them remove weight?

I know at one time it was hard for them to remove more weight. That probably gets very costly.

Looks like the rule only affects Factory Shootout cars. Turk should be ok on the X car.

Final round you can se here that the Dodge is far more powerful than the Chevy at the old weight and pulley size. Ya right.

What you don't see is the power that's pulled out of the Dodge to get it down the track. This rule won't affect them. Mark has been 186 mph in testing this year...they've got plenty of power on tap.

These cars are certified to 7.50.

Expect any brand that runs in the 7.50s to get slowed down.

While I was disappointed I was not surprised.

And the crowd goes wild, oh wait a minute it looked like the stands were half empty for the fuel cars and the finals, they won’t figure it out. Doug

Put your tinfoil away. The Chevrolet and Ford both had pulley added to them earlier this year. The Dodge and the Ford are running the same size pulley now.
