The holes are tapped thru into the intake runner, has or does any one back fill the tapped hole with a high temp resin so there is no flow disruption?

Usually the stud slightly protrudes int the port and get polished to match.... That’s what I was taught and do

I would agree, but the ARP 7/16 KB studs do not have enough thread length, There about 1/4 to 3/8 shy from making it thru the stage V head intake runners.
