It's a solid roller camshaft with the following numbers scribed on the back. 324R-7/322R-3, SR10, D9856-05. Thanks for the help!

Comp with old school “hi rpm” lobes.
New lobe numbers are 1309/4067
284/284-110
.456/.420 lobe lift
The D9856-05 is the serial number. The 05 indicates it was ground in 2005.
