Overheated Valve or Fuel Deposits?

Overheated Valve or Fuel Deposits? - 02/21/21 09:42 PM

Does the exhaust valve with reddish/brown coloring show signs of overheating/burnt or is this fuel deposits from pump gas?

Engine was not misfiring. Compression and cylinder leakage test are equal to all other cylinders on the bank, and valve does not leak air under a cylinder leakage test. Overall cylinder leakage was 10%

Also, attached a photo indicating what all other exhaust valves on that bank look like. Which is a light layer of black soot

Looks overheated to me, deposits would be on all, but you could have one lean cylinder. Or guide or seat problem not transferring heat from the valve.
