That looks like a car that was for sale at Norwalk a few years ago, I believe it was out of New York? it was on racingjunk at one time also..nice car, wish I could offer more help, maybe ProSport ( Bob ) will chime in, I think he may have pitted next to it at Columbus one year also...or one very similar to it..

IT WAS BOUGHT NEW IN WHITE PLAINS, NY. i bought it from the guy from white plains who was the original owner and then it was sold to the guy in Rochester NY back in the late 70's.
i raced it for a few years at Dover drag strip and national speedway.
