more trans questions

ok. i got the 8 in. converter. 4800 stall. iam picking up the low ratio first gear tomorow. 1 more! i dont mind swapping converters but how much is 2 much 4 the street? i dont wanna cook the trans running the 8 in. now and then on the street. i have a pretty big cooler. should i add a fan 2 it? thanks?

I would put a trans fluid temp gauge in the car and use it. Then you should be OK. But too much stall speed and to low of rpm will generate some heat.
