Scat H-Beam - Bolt upgrade

Hello guys,

have any of you done a bolt upgrade on small block Scat H-Beam 8740 to Arp 2000 or L19?
Remember any specs or part number?

Regardless of the rod , use the best rod bolt you can get for the project.
I read that quote a long time ago and for some reason David Vizard is tickling my synapses about who wrote it.
But for any performance build , I think it is good advice.
