Bob,
Your work is EXCEPTIONAL!! With the steering column, struts, K member , and drag link what do you estimate the weight savings?

I guess the oilpan won't scrap the K member anymore when installing (lowering) the motor!

Re: Hey nss guy a couple shots - 03/27/09 03:24 AM

you shouldnt have a problem scraping the oil pan when installing it

will be 40 lbs +

Man we won't be able to put up with Jim now with all this fancy stuff! Maybe he will go 10.00 now so he will be out of our way with all the weight savings! Ha! Great work Bob! Look forward to seeing it some time this year Jim!

Brian,

I wont be running 10.00's but should be 10.50. I am tryin to get away from all the heavy hitters in the 11.00 ( Meyers, Radar, Day, etc) Last year was a oain trying to slow down from 10.60's it was too much work. With the beautiful work Bob did and the weight savings I should be competive in the 10.50 index this year

the ears i custom made for the car, there is a few places that sell kits but they dont always fit the best.
thats why i like to make them and fit them to the car for a perfect fit depending on the postion of the motor if it has been moved ( up or down and if centered )

would have to have the the car to make them

thanks Guys
Bob
