swing gate milodon oil pan

i have a milodon swing gate oil pan with dual lines and the steering link running thru it...9 qt...it has teflone washers and nuts on each side[in and outside] which has been leaking since day one when i installed the motor....what do you guys think on the fix.....rtv silicone...o rings??

I use #12 AN bulkhead fittings with special washers and a little RTV. Never had a leak.

those special washers are teflon?

Doty Engineering makes some washers that seal pretty good.

One of the external fittings are leaking on my 572 as well I am planning on replacing the o ring and using some sealer this time around. Maybe I should find some nylon washers as well?
