header gaskets ?

What is the best header gasket to use. Street use
Have copper now but leaks even with high temp silicone.
Headers are cut in between to float

Remflex. They'll seal almost anything.

Remflex gaskets works for me. My only problem with them is they can tear when removing them after use.

Can we get from Jegs or Summit?

You have a computer. You can go on their sites and see if they carry them for your application or call them. Come on man!

Sounds like you need to have the header flanges machine flat to seal them up better

I've used a body board and 80 grit to knock down the high spots on the flanges before, if its an issue. As mentioned above, Remflex is the only way to go.

Regardless what gasket you use, IF the two mating surfaces are not clean and flat, or else if the threadings are not clean and free of debris, then no gasket will seal properly. Occasional retorquing is advisable due to the weakness and vibrations of tubular headers. Always inspect the surface flanges of the headers -- they are notorious to have flaws and poor surface flatness (at the welds of the tubes into the flange).

Copper gaskets and copper rtv should cover it unless your sealing surfaces are uneven.

I ink up the flanges and file them in an x-pattern with a wide file until the ink is gone.

How thick are the flanges... if 1/4" you could have problems all along... 5/16 can be iffy if not flat.. I
build all my headers with 3/8 flanges and still make sure they are flat after welding
