Let's see your modified trunk and fuel cell - 03/13/09 05:50 PM
I am working on a 71 Duster drag strip project. I would like to check out your trunk fab work and fuel cell set up so I can get some ideas for my Duster.

Here's one on a Valiant I just did. My cuda' is almost the same, but there is no angle welded to the cell, and it is unpainted. Can't find a pic though.

I got a deal on a used RCI 12 Gallon Drag Race Fuel Cell with Foam. I see that all have posted with aluminum tank fuel cells. Is it safer?

Only pic I've got.
I'll probably take some better ones once I get the fuel cell straps powder coated.
I like the battery hook up and shut off switch setup. Neat!

My fuel cell in the back of my Demon was fairly large, it was in the trunk and down through the floor.
