Here is why you don’t do burnouts in 1st gear, do run a low band apply valve body, and do go through the trans after a differential failure. This trans was run after a rear diff failure and passed a drive test, then failed on launch with some traction. This is my buddy’s foot brake 727. Thankfully the damage was limited to the sprag itself and didn’t take more with it.
