i bought a ford 9" rear with a Detroit locker 4.56 gears, i can turn the driveshaft yoke 1/2-5/8 of a turn before the wheels turn is this, ok????
i was told that the rear will click when i turn the play in the yoke is fine, i just have to make sure to keep the tire air pressure the same in both tires!!!!
thanks

I run a Detroit Locker and mine really don't make a lot of noise. Sometimes after a turn I may hear a click when it engages back in. But honestly most of the time I don't hear it and don't even realize I have a Detroit Locker. Ron

I've run lockers in 2 different rear ends. Can't hear them over the exhaust.
