I had a chassis customer who owned a 1963 to 1966 Valiant two door sedan like yours that I set him up with Chris Alston (before they became Chris Alston Chassis Works) Alston in the mid 1970s to do the back half on that car and later he took it back for changing the front suspension to a strut front end, he must have told one of the guys up in their in the chassis shop he wanted to run Pro Stock and they told him about the 3 yr old model rule back then and he never finish the car
I never knew he had hopes to race Pro Stock until then, I thought he was making a Super Gas car
I should try and find it now to see if it is a mild steel or chrome moly car
I am building a 1965 Dart 270 that Forest did the back half on several years ago, I'm waiting on a local fibreglas mold maker to make the 1966 Dart front end molds and front end parts for it so I can get that car done
