The first half is fun, the second, not so much.

Those station wagons are just cool. Way better than a minivan.

Well they say don't lift LOL In my case with the Barracuda , it seems the rev limiter does that for me, cuts off the power and down she comes. Yes there will be repairs needed in his case.

Just grab the next gear. I know, harder to do with a stick.

Oh , it's not harder I have grabbed 2nd a few times , problem is once it hits the rev limiter the car starts to drop. The pressure on the 2nd gear with the car dropping is to much and just shreds the teeth off. Oil pans are cheeper. I have also had to pull the engine and use a sledge hammer to beat the shock towers back. And some people complain about no hook .

Yup... Was there and yes a wheelie looks cool. That happened last season at out "local" track, Kjula Raceway here in Sweden. The guy races in the Bracket class.

That said, looks cool BUT on landing he busted up the oilpan badly, but he still continued WOT down the track and oiled it down over a mile... Track is an old "military" airport.... That part was NOT fun! I sat swearing in my car in the staging lanes and had more or less a first row seat to the following clean-up show....

Been there, done that, before the training wheels went on. Now the car rides those for a little bit.
If they stay up high enough & long enough, the secondary jets get uncovered, it seems, and the hiccup is all it takes to get some quality time fixing the pan. Felt it in my back, too.
