4150 fuel overflows

4150 fuel overflows - 05/23/18 09:30 PM

I just rebuilt my holley 750 4150 and i cant get the fuel to stop overflowing from both bowls. I adjusted the inlet needles down as far as i can and they still overflow.
Is it possible that i mixed the front and rear floats and caused this to happen?
I did noticed that the new needles looked a little different than the old ones but look the same length. I used a holley trick kit. My fuel pressure is 6lbs.

Change out your N/S on both I had a new set of
N/S and they leaked.. replaced them and all was
good.. make sure the lengths are the same as the
old ones

sounds like you over adjusted and bent the tab.take the bowl off and clean check it is moving the float.

New needles and everything is good now. My first carb rebuild and it actually worked.
