So just what engine is in Birdman's Firechicken? Looks like a Hemi.

Pretty sure they said 528" Hemi.

That car flat hauls from half track on. In the other nights episode he was in a coma on t he starting line and still drove around the other car at half track.

Nope . It has BAE valve covers. Chrysler hemi architecture.

I got a better look at it in a later show and it is not a Sonny hemi. They have distinctly different valve covers. Then I found the no prep kings website and it says Hemi.

I think Birdman mentioned in the last episode it is a Hemi.

Looks to be a few BAE hemi combinations on the show...The 69 camaro Megadolon is a BAE hemi.

Sonny's valve covers are HUGE and really look nothing like a Mopar based HEMI engine
