Anyone going to the Baytown Div. 4 event???

I'm leaving in the morning to help some guys out running a 4 car T/D team. Be cool to say hi and have a beverage with some of you Texans!

Next weekend is the double divisional in Ennis. Hope to meet some Moparts members there. I'll try to take some pics this time as there is a LOT of cool Mopar iron in Div. 4!

Well Jacob Pitt will certainly be there. He drives an SS Stratus and Wann's old orange and white Barracuda. He is a D4 hitter for sure

I watched last years Reno Air Race on NBCSN last weekend. I imagine Bob has to be fuming about not winning

He's pretty over that money pit and has donated Voodoo to the Planes of Fame in Chino. Evidently it will fly at selected shows and is currently being updated for more record attempts. I saw the creamsicle 'Cuda. Wasn't sure if it was the same one??? Some awesome SS/AH cars! I'll get some pics this time for sure!

I'll end my own thread with a few pics from the T/S lanes. I was fortunate enough to be able to help my friend Mike Williams with his GXP. He won the round but broke a valve stem tip and his weekend is done. We had a 6.38 bump here in T/D and we got 3 cars in. The N/A car I'm working on went 6.75 for the DNQ. Will get a BAE in the coming weeks. All done by Rd. 2. Qualifying today for Sunday's race. The weather is crazy and has been blowing like a banshee all week. Wind turned 180 and is now cold from the North. Sun is out and the thunderstorms rolled through yesterday morning and delayed the Friday race until this morning. Here's a few more pics and I'm out.
