If you are into valve timing events, cam specs, and theory. You have to read this post on speed talk. It's in the advanced engine tech forum, under camshaft events. I'm going to have to apologize to my wife tomorrow, because I basically told my wife to stop talking to me while I was trying to read, and comprehend the post.

IMHO over rated, that's an average speed and doesn't represent the actual gas molecule's behavior over the range of rod ratios, compression ratios (I hope I don't have to explain), port shapes, etc.

Thanks Polyspheric!I tried to figure low rpm speed [1k rpm and 2k]for fuel fallout at 200fps but no big deal.
