Hello,
is anybody familiar with lithium-lead batteries?
Seems they have a lot of advantages compared to regular lithium-ion batteries.

I've been doing some research on batteries for my Duster project. I'm planning on putting a smaller, lighter battery under the hood rather than a big battery in the trunk. These look interesting but I don't know much about them yet.

With all the [electronic boards] being involved, with So much to go wrong. I wouldn't touch them, unless they were Dirt cheap. Like, $30 bucs or so. Especially for a high vibration resonating race car.

Just replaced my Powermaster 925 lithium battery after 10 years of use .I now just purchased a Go Lithium battery .
http://www.golithium.com/index.php?p=homeThe output and rate of quick charging along with weight savings is hard to overlook in serious racing applications .
