There is/was(I dont know) a paint ball shop
just north of your shop.. thats where I got
mine filled.. in Utica
I tried my local sporting goods shop (paint gun) and they didn't have the proper hook-up. But my local welding gas suppler filled it right up.

Thanks Raff ill try that place today since its only a couple blocks away. Tried dicks but they did not have the right hook up. The fire ex guy I used is not in the area today and I'm loading up tonight to leave for Norwalk.

If you can't find any call Norwalk. The speed shop at the track fills nitrous bottles and may fill those bottle too but I'm not sure.

Dangerous, and ill advised, but done often in a pinch, is to use nitrous instead of co2

If you have a MIG welder with a co2 or mixed gas bottle, you can fill or top-off your own co2 bottles from that using the same DIY method as filling a nitrous bottle at home using a freezer. In addition to a transfer hose, you will need an accurate scale to guard against overfilling.
I've found it hard to find places to fill my bottles so i did what others in my area have done. buy a small nitrogen tank and get a hose made up to
fill you Co2 bottle.
Mine is mounted in my trailer, it will last years.
