That's what I'm after.faster weight transfer and better front end travel.
ANY quality Alum rod with heims will do the same thing.. and IF you want to work over your stock ones with heims it will do the same thing but be a little heavier.. I put heims on my stock rods on my Valiant years ago
By putting on ALL the light weight suspension parts on the front end you CAN NOT save a 100 lbs. The whole front end less brakes weighs only about 125. I had listed at one time the weight of each part. I lost that list when I lost my phone but I can re weigh things when I get time. The only thing that is really any savings is k frame and that is only about 10 lbs.
jake68...If I recall correctly, hemi-itis did more than just suspension to lose the weight. He went to aluminum hemi heads instead of cast iron (most of the 100 lbs right there, lol) and got rid of a big dual oil filter setup.
