Oil cooler kits

Can anyone suggest a good quality oil cooler kit for mopar? There are a few on ebay, but not sure of the quality.

Heres an ebay special for $156. Quality unknown.

No, but its very likely. So just getting it nailed down when the time comes to order one. Looks like it will be better to buy in individual parts instead of kit form to get quality parts and not going broke.

Setrab seems to be a quality cooler and the filter adaptor sandwich is available with thermostat which i believe to be a plus.

The downside of the cheap adapters is A- they are cast, not billet or forged. B- the openings are -10 but the passages neck down to 3/8 (-8), too small IMHO. Earl's makes one that is thermostatic and billet but goes for over 100 usd on Summit.

thanks for that info. didnt know that. theres a bunch of different adaptors on summits site. B&M has a nice cooler as well.

X2 - buy a quality adapter, and then port the passages and intersections with a small carbide in a Dremel. You'd be amazed at how crude even the best ones are.
It's so easy: look for sharp edges at the corner of 2 passages, a passage into a cavity, etc. and just add a clean radius, even 1/8" helps.
The longer the lines, the bigger the fittings and hoses must be. Too big is harmless.

it will be mounted in front of radiator,so maybe 3-4' hoses.
