Setting Ride height useing front coil overs/ladder bars.

How are uall setting them up?1"-2" difference in the front to back for the rake? Were are you taking measurement from?(frame rails be hide front wheel well/in front of rear wheel well? The car has stock frame rails if that even matters.......Thax.
