Engine builder in eastern PA

Looking for a quality engine builder in eastern Pennsylvania for a small block stroker. Thanks !

I am not sure exactly which part of PA he is in but Ryan Johnson at Shady Dell speedshop does good work. My Dad and I build a 416 last year and He did the CNC machine work on the R1 Block, balanced the rotating assembly, and did some port work on the W2 heads and it all looked very nice.

I would use Brett Miller, he is just outside of Harrisburg. He is the smallblock guru for sure.
