At the risk of getting chastised for this I'd think you want a set of Spindles from an 80's Diplomat and fit them with all new aftermarket parts (bearings, calipers, rotors, pads etc) from whatever auto parts store you prefer...
Nothing wrong with those brakes and there's nothing out there any cheaper... twocents

Lots of options for B body brakes. Easy swap is the late A body setup or you can go other ways. Doctor Diff has everything you need.

I used the spindles and brackets from a 73 Charger on my 64 Savoy
You can save yourself lots of time by just picking up the phone and talking to Doctor diff for EVERYTHING you need and it will be the top quality parts.

I used the stock drum spindles and a Wilwood vented rotor kit on my '63 Dodge. Works great and saved a ton of weight over the stock drums! That said, Dr. Diff (Cass) is awesome and helped me with parts for my Dana.

I used a kit from Dr Diff on my old 63 dodge. It included caliper brackets to use wilwood light weight calipers with stock rotors. The kit was complete with all hardware and hoses. I'll post a picture next week when I return to work (have a pic on my work computer). This was a few years ago, but it is really a nice kit, and Cass is a great guy to work with. Pretty sure the brackets are AndyFs creation, so you know it's top notch stuff.

Ah yeah, the infamous AR000 kit. Cass is going to start selling that kit again in the near future. I shut production down on it about 5 years ago but Cass is going to bring it back. That was a pretty easy way to put lightweight brakes directly on a stock Mopar knuckle.

If you're looking for cheap stopping power, the cordoba stuff works good. Mine stops great from 140mph.

But it's HEAVY!

Here's how the Dr Diff / Andy F kit looked on my old 63. I sold the car back in 2008 I think...
